The newly launched Immersive Odyssey takes guests on a multi-sensory journey through the prehistoric world, blending education with entertainment in a family-friendly setting.

A journey from fossils to full immersion

The experience begins inside a themed zone designed as an underground fossil museum, where visitors explore displays of ancient bones and scientific exhibits.

As the journey progresses, the atmosphere shifts from quiet discovery to a more dynamic environment filled with movement, sound and large-scale visuals, gradually building a sense of immersion.

Each section is designed to transition seamlessly, combining storytelling with interactive elements to keep both children and adults engaged.

Step into the Jurassic world with VR

One of the main highlights is the VR Odyssey, where visitors wear headsets and are transported into a fully immersive prehistoric landscape.

Inside the virtual world, dinosaurs roam freely while a guided experience explains how these creatures lived, moved and survived. The experience combines education with cinematic visuals, making it both engaging and informative.

From virtual to real-life dinosaurs

After the VR segment, the experience moves into a virtual-to-reality zone, where life-sized animatronic dinosaurs come to life.

These moving and roaring creatures create a realistic environment, allowing visitors to feel as though they are standing among dinosaurs rather than simply observing them.

Interactive fun for families

The final section features a creative play zone, where children can take part in hands-on activities, mini science experiments and photo opportunities.

The attraction is designed to last around 60 to 90 minutes, making it a suitable outing for families looking for both fun and learning.

A complete entertainment destination

The experience has been developed through a collaboration between ActiveMe and Fever, adding to the growing list of attractions at Dubai Festival City Mall.

A new family attraction in Dubai

With its mix of virtual reality, animatronics and interactive learning, the Immersive Odyssey adds another unique attraction to Dubai’s entertainment scene.

It is designed for children aged six and above, while also offering enough immersive elements to keep adults equally entertained.
