The sixth edition of the EAHGC is scheduled to be held in El Alamein city in the northern part of Egypt stretching from 27th of June to the 29th of June in 2024. This occasion remains the first time the great show will be held in Africa under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court and, in the follow-up of Shk Zayed bin Hamad Al Nahyan, Vice Chairman of the EAHS.
El Alamein is situated on the Mediterranean Sea and the area is well-popular as sandy beaches and crystal sea attracts huge number of tourists. This place is well known for its beauty and the hospitality of people, so many guests from all over the world would be attract to come and visit the EAHGC show.
Egypt is one of the premier locations for Arabian horses, the El Zahraa Stud is considered one of the finest Arabian pure breed establishment. It occupies an area of 43 thousand ha and is one of the oldest stud farms in the world where 1 800 farms of private sector for horse breeding are located and, according to the given data, 25000 horses. It is instrumental in maintaining the Arabian horse breed which was from the Arabian Peninsula and was introduced into Egypt during the Hellenistic period – the age of invasions in Egypt by Muslims.
Begun in September of 2010, the EAHGC , under the patronage of H. H Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan and the supervision of Sheikh Zayed bin Hamad Al Nahyan entails 10 championships in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Australia, and the Americas. The game has a cash reward system for the 5 best performers at the end of each level of the game.
Sheikh Zayed bin Hamad stressed that the organization of the 6th EAHGC show in Egypt is entirely appropriate as Egypt now occupies a special place in the Arabian horse breeding and represents one of the leading nations Arabian shows and championships. The championship was expanded due to the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan and his international call for the Arabian Horses.
EAHGC calendar of the 2024 season started in February with Australian International Arabian Championship, Bahrain International Finely bred Arabian horse championship, Scottsdale International Arabian horse show Arizona, Fontainebleau International Arabian horse show France, and Vilhelmsborg International Arabian horse show Denmark.
