The UAE Lottery, officially launched recently, is a new trial to introduce the first legally authorized system with the prizes that can change people’s lives for a better. Managing the lotteries is The Game LLC, which offers players the chance to win a Dh100 million jackpot in the main game called Lucky Day, and instant prizes on scratch cards.

 

How to Play the Lottery

The lottery currently offers two games:

 

Lucky Day:

 

  • Ticket Price: Dh50
  • Selecting numbers from the “Days” part, players have to pick six numbers, and one from the “Months” part.
  • Jackpot (Dh100 million): Match all seven numbers.

The prizes for matching fewer numbers are set at between Dh 1 million and Dh100.

Odds of Winning:

 

  • Jackpot: 1 in 8,835,372
  • Second Prize (Dh1 million): 1 in 803,216
  • Third Prize (Dh100,000): 1 in 58,902

Scratch Cards:

 

  • Starting Price: Dh5

Top Prizes:

  • Dh5 card: Win up to Dh50,000
  • Dh10 card: Win up to Dh100,000
  • Dh20 card: Win up to Dh300,000
  • Dh50 card: Win up to Dh1 million

Additional Features

  • Lucky Chance: Lucky Day ticket means a different draw for every ticket and every ticket has its definite number – ID. In the first event on December 14, seven lucky winners will get Dh100,000 each.
  • Draw Schedule: Second Chance Daily draws take place twice a week, every Saturday at 8:30 PM. Tickets can be bought up to 7 PM of the draw day.
  • Winning Limits: An individual ticket can only win a single prize in each draw for the supreme prize, taking preference over the other prizes.
