Mark Cuban Warns: “Master AI or Face Failure”

In a latest conversation, billionaire entrepreneur Mark Cuban has highlighted the significance of aspiring to comprehend and apply artificial intelligence (AI) in modern society. It is as simple as Cuban pointing out that for any business or individuals, to remain a relevant entity they must embrace AI.

Nevertheless, Cuban said ‘There are only two types of companies in this world, the kind that show you the color of your money when you lose and the kind that shows you the color of your money when you win. ’ Some examples of social division in accordance: AI masters and all the others, if you do not know about AI, then congratulations, you are done for.

Cuban built upon this notion of AI competence, stating that AI literacy is not just for nerds or tech-savvy individuals only. Every employee, from manufacturing to back office, must understand both the implications of AI on their job descriptions and how they in turn can make use of the technology to improve their work. This necessity holds true for students today to solve future job market problems as well as CEOs to tackle their organisations’ changing technological environments.

“With AI, you cannot just count on your tech team to explain to the rest of the organizational entities about it as Cuban noted,” But that is quite enlightening to comprehend because it is about to alter just about all that one does on a given day quite greatly.

Regarding the regulation of AI, Cuban had some doubt as to whether it is possible to make rules effective for oversight. He said that AI advancements are driven by the intellect and not by policies thus traditional means of regulating AI are not applicable.

“I think the smartest people everywhere are looking for new mechanisms that will enhance artificial intelligence,” Cuban added. ‘People thought that legislation will remove a garage door innovation. Instead, it is possible to nurture good relations within the industry and keep everyone informed. ’

However, there is no mention of AI by Cuban where he talks about this sector as a strategic sector for the United States but barely notes the need to attract talent. He said that it is important to create necessary conditions in which the wolf educated and dedicated in the field of AI wants to contribute to U. S. and does not let the adversaries to get ahead of the country in technologies.

Its benefits can exist only if we guarantee that those who are the best in the field of artificial intelligence seek to come to America and invest their efforts,” Cuban stressed. The issue here is that acquiring such knowledge can lead to the following: The knowledge can be utilized by the wrong individuals or groups and the result can be disastrous.

Cuban’s message is clear: it make the distinction important for anyone aspiring to achieve success in today’s digital world and further to emphasize that to be successful in realizing the potential benefits of AI while minimizing the negative effects, proactive measures should be taken.
