Bitcoin MENA 2025: Abu Dhabi to Host Michael Saylor and Global Crypto Leaders

Abu Dhabi is preparing to host one of the most awaited crypto events of the year as the Bitcoin MENA Conference 2025 will take place on December 8 9 at the ADNEC Centre. BTC Media, in collaboration with ADNEC Group, aims to bring together the most well recognized professionals, hands on workshops and the newest digital assets exhibitions that will unlock the innovation of digital assets in the Middle East marketing faster.

Leading this year is Michael Saylor, Co-Founder and Executive Chair, Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) appearing at the Bitcoin conference in the region, the first time. Most notably, Saylor is widely credited with becoming one of the first corporations to hold Bitcoin in corporate treasury reserves; Saylor will share his experience on the history of cryptocurrency markets and the rise of Bitcoin as a global financial tool.

Commenting on this development Humaid Al Dhaheri, Group CEO of ADNEC, noted how the relaunch of Bitcoin MENA continues to be of benefit to Abu Dhabi as a destination of global innovation. In the meantime, BTC Inc. representative Brandon Green has placed particular weight on the historic nature of bringing Saylor to visit one of the most innovative economies on the planet.

This presence of Saylor is more than just a key note and is an indication of the increasing prominence of Bitcoin in the financial planning of the region. His daring 2020 decision to invest company reserves in Bitcoin evolved into an example of a successful institutional transition to the market and an inspiration to talk about it in boardrooms and investment communities across the globe.

A follow-up of the successful 2024 launch, Bitcoin MENA 2025 will be even larger, and will draw institutional investors, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and crypto fans. Abu Dhabi is well placed at the intersection of energy, finance, and technology and the event is anticipated to drive some of the conversations on the future of money in the Middle East and the rest of the world.
