UAE Introduces Remote Learning on Fridays During Ramadan 2025

The educational authorities in the UAE have implemented remote education for public schoolchildren on Fridays during the 2025 Ramadan period. Through this Ministry of Education program families will have an opportunity to strengthen their unison and deepen their appreciation for the sacred aspects of Ramadan.

The “Ramadan with Family” program enables students to learn remotely from their homes on Fridays thus permitting them to participate in familial activities despite their academic pursuits. The leadership of the UAE supports the initiative because it advances their objective to strengthen parenting relationships and enrich Ramadan culture for youth students through family activities.

Key Details of the Initiative
Starts from the first Friday of Ramadan 2025
All students in UAE public schools except those conducting examinations qualify for this policy.
The students who need to attend Friday examinations need to appear in person at the set time.
The academic teaching staff will maintain their presence at educational facilities throughout all Friday days.
The option for parents to admit their children to school exists yet transportation becomes their responsibility.
The Ministry delivered a guidance manual which contains precise directions about remote learning to help families during this transition. Education and moral development receives support from cultural and religious activities which the guidance manual provides for students during Ramadan.

The UAE demonstrates its dedication to education through this effort and maintains adherence to Ramadan values to help students manage their academic work and Ramadan observance and family time.
