Jamie Lee Curtis Praises Dubai for Helping Lindsay Lohan Find Herself

Earlier today, actress and Lindsay Lohan’s co-scene partner from the movie Freak Friday stated in Dubai her appreciation of Lohan’s positive change. Interestingly Curtis in an interview at Entertainment Tonight supporting Lohan praised her for the decision to move half the world to Dubai wherein she got the space to find herself again.

Lohan who began her acting career at a tender age encountered the vices that are associated with fame from childhood. While recording the show Curtis was quick to explain how challenging it is to live a life when the media is always on your throat, something that she lauded Lohan for daring to take a flight to Dubai on her own. In Curtis’s opinion, Dubai offered Lohan the conditions she wanted to determine her genuine self, out of the Hollywood bubble.

Lohan shifting base to Dubai was one of the defining moments that changed her life. She has been on her own in an apartment in the city for five years before she got married to her husband, Kuwaiti financier Bader Shammas. The couple already became parents and remains to live in Dubai enjoying the privacy and quietness the city provides.

This is not the first time that Lohan is declaring how much she loves Dubai and the generous people living there. Speaking to Vogue in the past, Loran said that she was able to find a ‘’calmness’ while in the UAE and was able to assert herself. And it was also great to have no paparazzi hounding her – she valued her privacy and being able to live a normal life without constant intrusion.

Lohan’s experience in Dubai is a confirmation of the fact that the city provides an opportunity for change and finding inner harmony. Her encouraging and moving story is familiar to many who come to Dubai and feel that they are in a safe haven, in a place that can be transformational and liberating in the best sense of the word, that is why Dubai is not simply a luxurious setting it’s the place of self-realization.
