Dubai to Host Inaugural Young Arab Leaders Forum Ahead of World Governments Summit 2025

On February 10, 2025 Dubai will stage its inaugural Young Arab Leaders Forum which functions as a main lead-up event to the World Governments Summit. The event receives patronage from HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum while it gathers more than 200 promising leaders who reside in various parts of the Arab world.

Empowering the Next Generation
The forum operates as a critical component of the Young Arab Leaders initiative founded twenty years ago by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to enable young talents with necessary capabilities along with networking opportunities and development resources for leading progress. The event consists of main presentations together with both expert panel discussions and instructive talks about youth empowerment and regional transformation and leadership development.

High-Profile Speakers & Key Sessions
The opening keynote of the conference will be provided by HE Khalfan Belhoul who leads Young Arab Leaders as its Chairman.
The former Kuwaiti National Assembly speaker HE Marzouq Al-Ghanim will speak about preparing current youth to meet contemporary leadership demands.
Minister of Finance and Bahraini representative HE Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa will discuss about the regional economic influence of youth leadership.
Minister of Planning HE Rania Al-Mashat will present how youth contributes to governance systems in Egypt.
The Chairman of DAMAC Properties Hussain Sajwani will present about youth involvement in economic transformation.
In his speech HE Omar Ghobash UAE Ambassador to the Holy See will examine the role of Arab youth within diplomatic circles.
Spotlight on Entrepreneurship, Sports, and Culture
The forum will also include:
✅ Arab Leaders in Entrepreneurship – Insights from founders of Kitopi, Shorooq Investments, Tabby, and Mumzworld.
The sports leadership dialogue includes Sami Al-Jaber alongside Ismail Matar and Nashat Akram.
✅ Arab Leadership in Arts & Culture – Contributions from El Sayed, Mishaal Tamer, Shahira Fahmy, and Mohamad Orfali.
✅ Closing Keynote by Nasser Al Khater, CEO of the Qatar 2022 World Cup.
