The emirate will organize its fourth International District Cooling Conference 2025 in Dubai. The CEO of Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation PJSC (Empower) His Excellency Ahmad Bin Shafar met Rob Thornton who serves as President and CEO of International District Energy Association (IDEA) in the U.S. to plan for the upcoming conference.
The conference will showcase current developments from the district cooling sector by examining powerful solutions for major difficulties faced by industry practitioners. The conference will establish itself as a global forum through its dedication to energy efficiency and environmental sustainability which enables leaders from expert to industry to exchange knowledge and drive sector development.
Empower as the world’s biggest district cooling provider has organized the conference in 2014, 2016 and 2018 which showcases Dubai’s leading position in sustainable district cooling services. His Excellency Bin Shafar stressed that Dubai supports the worldwide district cooling industry while he emphasized the crucial role of the sector for environmental sustainability and energy conservation.
The International District Cooling Conference set for December 2025 will unite global specialists at a venue that continues to develop as an innovating center for sustainable energy.
