Event promoters Live Nation posted the news on Instagram stating that the concert had been canceled due to Carti’s unsavory and sudden change of heart to perform at the event. In the same statement expressing their regret they said, ‘we also feel the frustration and disappointment, as we have pissed our best effort to ensure that everyone had the time of their lives’.
The Show Will Go On
Nevertheless, Wireless Abu Dhabi assures people of a worthy show acting as part of the festival. Leading the event will be UK rapper 21 Savage, and a relatively new artist, Yeat whose song Money So Big recently went viral.
