The session which Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority has attended at the 1 Billion Followers Summit enthralled an assembly to hear about Maye Musk’s story. Our final guest speaker, Maye Musk, a professional dietitian, model, mother of Elon Musk, taught valuable lessons on parenting, success, and relevance.
In the session moderated by the 1 Billion Followers Summit CEO, Alia AlHammadi, the participants discussed Musk’s journey of fatherhood and parenting three children and the world’s richest man. The talk that Elon Musk listened to was ‘How I Raised Three Amazing Children, Including the Richest Man in the World’; from her talk he got to learn more about his mother’s life, struggles as a single mother and the strong ethic that she brought up her three children; one of them being Elon Musk.
From the ENTERTAINMENT: Reviewing Musk’s career as a pop icon and host of pop culture, she told other performers, budding actors and musicians to go for it and never feel shy to brag without bragging; be versatile always. She underscored the value of loving what you are doing and doing it otherwise. He also singled out her children to explain how they attained success through hard work and that they lived on their own.
All the time, she said, Elon Musk wanted to tackle problems for the benefit of other individuals, be it with Zip2, satellites that are used to assist those in need, and so on. “He doesn’t do things to taunt anyone; he does them to do good,” she said, arguing that Musk’s desire for openness and change is behind his endeavors with X.
It was part of the 1 Billion Followers Summit’s third edition, during which more than 15,000 creators, 420 speakers, and world leaders discussed the topic ‘Content for Good’. Organized across renowned locations that are distinctly emblematic of Dubai, including the Emirates Towers and the Museum of the Future, it marked Dubai as an international power house for content origination and development.
