The timing of Eid Al Fitr for 2025 is what the people of UAE need to know.
Official dates for Eid Al Fitr depend on moon-sighting procedures thus showing minor differences between years. The authority has established through Cabinet Resolution No. (27) of 2024 that Eid will span from Shawwal 1 through Shawwal 3. The holiday duration is three days unless Ramadan spans thirty days in which case the workers receive a four-day holiday.

People can expect two possible scenarios regarding the dates of UAE Eid Al Fitr in 2025.

A four-day holiday starting on Sunday, March 30 will occur when Ramadan reaches its 29th days.
A thirty-day Ramadan duration will result in an Eid holiday taking place from March 31 to April 2.
The UAE authorities will verify and declare the exact holiday dates before the actual period.
