One of Dubai’s most anticipated luxury hotel openings has officially arrived. voco Dubai Nice has opened its doors at The World Islands, introducing a new adults-only hospitality concept designed to combine island escape living with a lively, party-led atmosphere.
Located just 15 minutes from mainland Dubai by speedboat, voco Dubai Nice is the latest addition to The Heart of Europe development. Bright, colourful and inspired by the glamour of the French Riviera, the hotel aims to deliver what it describes as “relaxed elegance” alongside high-energy entertainment.
A French Riviera-inspired island escape
Designed to reflect the charm of a French coastal retreat, voco Dubai Nice blends Mediterranean aesthetics with a social, nightlife-driven experience. The adults-only property positions itself as a destination where leisure, dining and entertainment flow seamlessly from day to night.
The hotel brings five new venues to Dubai, all of which are now open. These include an all-day French restaurant on Raining Street, a Mediterranean beachfront seafood restaurant, a lagoon pool bar, a bubbly bar and a dedicated nightlife venue.
Guests can also expect a rotating programme of seasonal entertainment, alongside waterfront leisure activities and boutique retail offerings across the island.
Rooms, suites and amenities
voco Dubai Nice features 264 guestrooms and suites, ranging from deluxe and premium rooms to specialised party suites. Each guest is welcomed with a locally inspired date cookie on arrival.
Additional facilities include a large swimming pool overlooking the Arabian Sea, private beach access, a 24-hour fitness centre, flexible meeting rooms and a ballroom capable of hosting up to 150 guests.
Guests also have direct access to Raining Street, a climate-controlled attraction designed to recreate European weather conditions within the island environment.
