Jumeirah Beach 1 is set to welcome residents and visitors to a significantly upgraded coastal experience, with the major expansion project now 95 per cent complete. The redevelopment, led by Dubai Municipality, will expand the beach area by 50 per cent, transforming it into a modern, integrated public destination designed for relaxation, recreation, and active lifestyles.
The project was recently reviewed by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, who visited the site to assess progress.
