The Middle Eastern beauty community can now rejoice because Ulta Beauty prepares to launch its stores in the region. Ulta Beauty joined forces with Alshaya Group to introduce Middle Eastern buyers to its brand portfolio through opening their first stores in late 2025.
Middle Eastern customers will have access to top brands at Ulta Beauty including Pat McGrath and Fenty Beauty alongside TATCHA Milk Makeup R.E.M Beauty and Dyson Beauty and Sol de Janeiro and Morphe and It Cosmetics and Ouai within their expansive collection of premium and exclusive brands.
…and many more!
The 1,400 United States-based locations belonging to Ulta Beauty have turned the retailer into a primary destination for both cosmetics and skincare products along with haircare and beauty tools. The Middle East beauty market experiences an expansion milestone as Ulta Beauty enters the region.
Dubai remains highly likely to host the first outlet even though the official locations remain undisclosed. The regional expansion plans for Ulta Beauty stores will take place within major shopping centers through its partnership with Alshaya Group.
The Alshaya Group continues to develop its fashion and beauty business sector. Alshaya Group expands its Middle Eastern presence with the upcoming addition of Primark because it already operates H&M alongside Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works throughout the area.
