Virgin Mobile Users in UAE Face Network Outage

Many Virgin Mobile UAE consumers are annoyed by the presence of network downtime, and have gone to the social networks to vent. Some say they have been locked out of data services, or prevented from making or receiving calls or sending or receiving SMS. Also, some customers of Virgin Mobile can no longer access the application that was previously used.

It has already received a plethora of comments on Virgin Mobile’s recent Instagram posts and thread on Reddit that has the question whether any other people are encountering these issues.

Virgin Mobile’s customer support team has acknowledged the problem and issued a statement: “We are back from the technical team thanking you for contacting us we are so sorry about this, the service should be back shortly. ”

In the meantime, customers affected are encouraged to use their traditional telephone line and Wi-Fi only for making communication.
