For instance, the Ghaf Woods project being a boutique developments selling 800 of its units in just a few hours clearly shows that there is a keen interest in sustainability.

Besides, Ghaf Woods is an example of this trend, Aldar’s Athlon project near Global Village can also be considered. Consequently, Athlon is centered around an active lifestyle with elements of healthy living and working incorporated into the daily regimen and is compiled of over one thousand villas. The project itself was bought within first 48 hours and the sales amount were resulting AED 4. 1 billion.

The other environmental friendly filed development communities in the Dubai region consist of Al Barari, Akoya Oxygen, MBR City, Damac Hills and more are on the interest of purchasers.
