After the pandemic crisis, Dubai set the standard and benchmark for all cities regarding the security and safety of its residents,” says Joelle.

Joelle is also enthusiastic about the rapidly growing Saudi Arabian market, which Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty is actively engaging with. “The Saudi market is very exciting and ambitious. We have established an office in Riyadh as Saudi Sotheby’s International Realty and are already working on two exclusive projects—the Raffles in Jeddah and the Baccarat Residence in Al Dariya,” she exclaims.
