Joelle Raad, a real estate visionary, embraces an exciting forseeable future of both Dubai and Saudi Arabia

Joelle Raad, Associate Director of Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty, emphasizes Dubai’s role in the global real estate market and its future prospects. Furthermore, she expresses excitement about branching out and expanding into other promising parts of the Middle East.

Reflecting on Dubai’s two-decade transformation, Joelle notes, “Over the last 20 years, Dubai has been building, marketing, learning, and achieving its goals to establish itself as an international hub and a safe haven for those aspiring to a better life.”

She highlights Dubai’s high standards across various sectors, asserting that “major international cities cannot compete with Dubai in terms of security, financial stability, high-quality service, and technological advances, particularly within the government sector.” As such, Dubai has earned an enviable global reputation, making it one of the most progressive yet livable places on Earth.

Notably, although Dubai has thrived continuously, it was significantly affected by the global pandemic. However, the city adopted a unique approach, worthy of emulation by other cities worldwide. “Dubai is just beginning its real estate journey. After the pandemic crisis, Dubai set the standard and benchmark for all cities regarding the security and safety of its residents,” says Joelle.

Looking ahead, Joelle expresses confidence in Dubai’s evolving role as a creative and innovative hub for youth, and as home to diverse industries and businesses. “The future looks prosperous as Dubai becomes a zone of creativity and innovation for many industries,” she adds.

Joelle is also enthusiastic about the rapidly growing Saudi Arabian market, which Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty is actively engaging with. “The Saudi market is very exciting and ambitious. We have established an office in Riyadh as Saudi Sotheby’s International Realty and are already working on two exclusive projects—the Raffles in Jeddah and the Baccarat Residence in Al Dariya,” she exclaims.

Joelle, alongside her esteemed colleagues at Sotheby’s, eagerly anticipates the future in the Arab region. She believes that Saudi Arabia’s future will inevitably become a focal point for global manpower, determination, and strength.

Joelle Raad’s vision for Dubai and the broader Middle East highlights an outstanding era characterized by transformation and growth. Celebrating Dubai’s claim to fame as a global leader in security, innovation, and high standards, she deems the city a model for urban excellence and a melting pot of creativity and opportunity. Her enthusiasm extends to the dynamic potential of the Saudi market, positioning Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty as a real estate powerhouse in the region.
