The acclaimed Mediterranean concept GAIA created by chef Izu Ani is now open in Abu Dhabi. Novikov Restaurant
Novikov’s next arrival in the UAE will bring the brand to Abu Dhabi. Asian-Italian brand Meltos is exploring a possibility to open a store at The Galleria Al Maryah Island. The interior is chic and the menu is varied, so Novikov hopes to open in summer 2025.
