Britain’s leading innovative culinary wizard, Heston Blumenthal who had reinterpreted modern British gastronomy has collaborated with British sparkling wine brand Nyetimber to present a one-of-its-kind dining at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal at Atlantis The Royal Dubai. Blumenthal’s creativity is extremely well-known and he brought that aspect of him to this particular partnership with this celebration of traditional British dishes and cuisine.
A Historical British Feast
Until September 22, guests can taste a five course set dinner for AED 1,200 per person inclusive of Nyetimber Classic Cuvée. Guests are taken through a tour of some of Britain’s most historical foods through dishes such as; the Meat Fruit (c. 1500), a chicken liver parfait molded into the look of an orange, Crab Tart (c. 1710), and the Beef Royal (c. 1821) which was a dish prepared for King George IV coronation. Every single course is perfectly accompanied by Nyetimber’s sparkling wine thus complementing the flavours of the dishes designed by Blumenthal.
Exclusive Private Dining Event
Those who wish for the ultimate dining experience, on September 19, there will be a private dining tasting menu and will cost AED 1500 per head with the best of English sparkling wines. Space is also very limited for this event which means that lovers of food are presented with an excellent chance to dine in style.
If you’re a follower of Mr Heston’s creations or Nyetimber’s wonderful bubbles, this event seems to be one of the most anticipated events in Dubai’s fine dining in September.
