Dubai Confirmed as Host City for Games of the Future 2025

They officially speak about the Games of the Future 2025 in Dubai, after the UAE was chosen at the ceremony in Istanbul last month. Planned for the year 2025, this highly contested event places Dubai on the global map of innovation, technology, and sports.

Ghanim Mubarak Al Hajeri, Director-General of the General Authority of Sports, UAE, expressed his excitement: Given Dubai’s position as a pioneer in sports and technology, it is suited to host the Games of the Future 2025 Indeed, the Games will unveil the emirate’s capacity in setting up and staging international sporting events, will demonstrate its commitments to promoting a phygital world across the globe powered by technological advancement and innovation.

Nis Hatt, CEO of Phygital International, echoed this sentiment: “It is our great pleasure to reveal that Dubai will be the location of the Games of the Future 2025 we are a perfect synergy We could not have wished for a better partnership for the most significant event in the phygital sporting calendar occurring in one of the world’s most technologically and technically advanced city for the players and teams from all over the world.

The Games of the Future 2025 is planned as the fusion of offline and online sports with the teams participating after passing the qualification within the framework of the WPC and the Phygital Games 2024/25 season. The event aims to engage over 100 countries where thousands of athletes and participants of esports will be able to take part in it.

Thus, the position of Dubai within a phygital community can be seen through practices such as the Dubai Program for Gaming 2033 targeting international technology corporations and gaming specialists. This is a ten-year program for developing the solid phygital ecosystem; it will strengthen the leadership role of Dubai in this sphere.

The bibbers’ gender, age, and nationality have no restrictions meaning that the Games of the Future will be diverse and full of life. The expectation for this event is rather high, and the bidding for the right to host the Games of the Future in 2026 and 2027 cities has already started, where the interest of several cities in the world originates.
