Get ready to say “Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!” a fun night out, a Mamma Mia! themed beach party will arrive in Abu Dhabi this weekend. Fahid Beach Club by Barbossa will be converted to a disco paradise for an ABBA fan on Saturday, May 17, 2025; just before the anticipated premiere of MAMMA MIA! The Musical in the capital.
This exclusive sunset event from 5:30pm until 8:30pm offers enthusiastic crowd and ice cold refreshments, Mexican inspired food, classic ABBA hits delivered by DJ Sean, and idyllic coastal views. Guest are free to dance in their bare feet in the sand while singing along with timeless hits such as Dancing Queen, Voulez-Vous and Lay All Your Love On Me.
Open to all, no need for a ticket to the musical, the beach party promises a 20% discount on food and booze for those who do obtain tickets of the upcoming musical stage show, Mamma Mia! If you’re a regular of the Swedish supergroup and you feel like a vibrant night under the Abu Dabi sky, here’s your chance to get your dancing queen on.

In the Musical, we learn a heartwarming and funny story about a young bride to be who sets out on a lovely Greek island in order to find her father – it has a twist though: there are three possible dads. Featuring ABBA’s loved songs, the musical will be opening shortly in Abu Dhabi with tickets costing AED 125 on abu-dhabi.platinumlist.net.
