Dubai to Welcome Trump Tower and Trump Hotel in 2025

Trump Tower and the Trump Hotel are expected to be constructed in Dubai and may be inaugurated by 2025 providing Dubai with another identity of it’s beautiful skyline. Situated in the downtown Dubai, the Dh2 billion plus project, done in partnership between Dar Global and the Trump organization, will provide residents with luxury lifestyle enhanced by hospitality.

The Trump Tower is to offer spectacular views of Burj Khalifa and the Arabian Gulf redefining luxury in the city. In addition to luxurious apartments, the towers will be the home to the first Trump hotel in Dubai, the Trump Hotel, new to Dubai members-only club The Trump Private providing access to a range of facilities and advanced services.

Dubai Continues to Reinforce Its Downtown Skyline
A proposed project to be launched in the Q2 of 2025, Trump Tower will be unique in its design and will have some of the best products to offer in the market. As much as certain details cannot be mentioned, the project is a turning point for the Trump brand in UAE, with elegance, and state-of-the-art services.

A SYNCHRONIZED EFFORT PATNERSHIP IN LUXURY CONSTRUCTION

This will be the third deal between Dar Global and the Trump Organization. The two recently developed Trump Tower in Jeddah, a 200 meters tall building that consists of 47 floors, 500 luxurious units and classy facilities.

Dubai’s Exciting Year Ahead

The Trump Tower and Hotel is the latest in the series of other opened mega buildings in Dubai in 2025. Downtown Dubai will also see the opening of Mandarin Oriental Hotel The Jumeira hotels and Resorts are also earmarked for expansion through addition of a beach front hotel near the Burj Al Arab. In addition, Dubai Marina will launch Ciel, the highest hotel in the world under the Vignette Collection, which will also establish the city as a prime global luxury destination.

Save that Trump Tower has made such a powerful design statement and offered such exclusivity, the building will improve Dubai’s position as one of the world’s premier architectural and hospitality destinations.
