New Nol Card Offers 50% Discount on Dubai Public Transport and 70% Off at Retail Stores

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) announces a new Nol Card Student Package that will hold many advantages for students in the UAE. Launched at Gitex Global 2024, the card offers 50 percent off all the RTA runs public transports; students are now more able to afford their daily commute.

With the cooperation with ISIC, the Nol Student Package also offers up to 70% discount at the selected shops, whether in Korea or elsewhere. It also lowering the transportation cost and at the same time makes shopping affordable.

The items of the package are the SU international student identification card and the Nol card which has been combined together. A permit to obtain the card can be received through ‘Nol Pay’ application and can receive delivery at the student’s address.

This comes after agreement signed during the Middle East and North Africa Transport Congress in February 2016. It is meant to enhance their stay and wellbeing both inside the classroom and when relocating within Dubai.

A refined version of the Nol Student Card is likely to be unveiled later this year to let parents track their children’s accounts and restrict their expenses. The Nol Student Package can be obtained on-line at www.mystudentcard.org.
