Dubai Lays Foundations for UAE’s First 15-Minute City at Expo Site

Mangrove Residences comprises of 450 units which are divided into three building and are planned to be ready by early 2026.

Apart from Mangrove Residences Expo Valley, another residential building located in the vicinity of the expo site is scheduled to comprise 532 units such as townhouses, three to four bedrooms’ villa and luxurious houses within a natural reserve. These villas which were also rapidly sold were ranging from AED 3,400,000 to AED 15,000,000. Expo Valley homes are expected to be handed over between 1st July to 30th September 2026.

In general, the activities provided within the frame of this project focus on establishing a nature-based socio-ecological environment for comfortable living with abundant green zone, the nature paths, walkways, bike trails etc. The design of the city guarantees no view is cut off by buildings; aesthetic designs like the ‘folded earth’ were also incorporated to promote better air circulation and cooler continent.

Expo City Dubai will be available for use during construction for conference business, concerts, and other events, including international sports events.
