March activity in Dubai often centers around major cultural districts, and the Dubai International Financial Centre has scheduled a packed public program for the month. The district’s Gate District and Gate Avenue host several experiences that range from Ramadan gatherings and literary initiatives to wellness sessions, startup innovation events, and public art installations.
Visitors exploring DIFC during March 2026 will encounter CP Majlis at Gate Avenue, the Used Book Fair organized with Dubai Culture and Dubai Public Library, a Yogalates fitness session near the Gate Building, the Red Bull Basement Sessions innovation gathering, and the ongoing DIFC Sculpture Park exhibition. The schedule presents a variety of activities open to residents, professionals, and visitors spending time in the district.
CP Majlis Hosts Ramadan Gathering At Gate Avenue
One of the most visible experiences during the month is CP Majlis, located at Gate Avenue Podium Level 4. The Ramadan activation runs until 14 March 2026 and introduces a majlis environment decorated with regional elements and cultural design.
The installation features a large entrance arch surrounded by seating areas, decorative clay elements, and sand displays that create a festive Ramadan setting. Guests pass through the space while exploring the surrounding retail and dining venues at Gate Avenue.
Evening visits remain popular during Ramadan evenings when residents gather in the district after sunset. The activation offers a welcoming social setting where visitors spend time with friends while exploring the DIFC lifestyle district.
Used Book Fair Encourages Community Reading
Another program scheduled in the DIFC calendar is the Used Book Fair, taking place 18 March to 5 April 2026 at Gate Avenue.
The initiative appears in collaboration with Dubai Culture and Dubai Public Library, inviting the public to exchange previously owned books. Visitors bring titles they have already read and browse through collections contributed by others attending the fair.
The event supports reading culture and encourages book sharing through a community-driven experience. Students, professionals, families, and literature enthusiasts visit the fair while searching for new titles or donating books that may reach new readers.
Yogalates Session Scheduled At The Gate Building
Fitness programming remains present in DIFC during the month with Yogalates, scheduled for 25 March 2026 at The Gate Building.
The session introduces an outdoor class that includes guided yoga and pilates exercises within the public plaza area near the district’s landmark arch structure. Participants join a group session designed to support physical wellness while enjoying the district’s architecture and open gathering spaces.
Wellness activities appear regularly in DIFC’s lifestyle programming and attract professionals working in the area as well as residents who participate in group fitness sessions held in the district’s public spaces.
Red Bull Basement Sessions Focus On Startup Innovation
Technology and entrepreneurship appear on the calendar through Red Bull Basement Sessions, scheduled for 28 March 2026 under the Gate.
The event forms part of the Red Bull Basement global program, which highlights student innovators and young founders developing technology projects and digital concepts. Participants present ideas connected to areas such as artificial intelligence, technology prototypes, and innovation concepts.
The program appears in partnership with the DIFC Innovation Hub, which hosts fintech companies, startups, and technology ventures within Dubai’s financial district. Entrepreneurs attending the session take part in presentations and networking opportunities that highlight emerging ideas and creative solutions.
DIFC Sculpture Park Continues Public Art Exhibition
Art remains a central attraction in the district through the DIFC Sculpture Park 4th Edition, open until 30 April 2026.
The open-air exhibition features more than fifty sculptures created by twenty-seven artists representing thirteen countries. The installations appear throughout DIFC’s public areas and walkways, offering visitors the opportunity to explore contemporary artwork while walking through the district.
The exhibition opened in November 2025 under the theme “Enduring Forms.” Visitors encounter the installations throughout DIFC while exploring restaurants, retail destinations, and public spaces within the financial center.
The DIFC March events calendar highlights how the district continues to host cultural programs, wellness activities, community initiatives, and innovation gatherings throughout the year. CP Majlis, the Used Book Fair, Yogalates, Red Bull Basement Sessions, and the Sculpture Park exhibition introduce experiences that welcome residents, visitors, entrepreneurs, and art enthusiasts during the month.
With activities scheduled throughout March and into April, the DIFC district remains one of Dubai’s most active locations for cultural gatherings, creative showcases, and public events within the city.
