Al Ansari was to some extent concerned about the private sector jobs but was able to prove herself as a product manager at commercial bank international emphasizing the diversity at the workplace and training facilities.

Dr. Adil Sajwani a consultant in family medicine at Mediclinic Parkview Hospital in Dubai was awarded due to his efforts in private health services provision. The leader’s advice to the Emirati job seekers was to persevere and stay focused, noting the function of the Nafis plan as a way of availing avenues through which the Emirates’ talents could demonstrate their worth.
