The first draw of the UAE Lottery finally commenced this past Saturday, the 14th of this December to announce the winning numbers for the AED100M ($27.2M) grand prize. This historic event was hosted by Chadi Khalaf and Diala Makki presenting the first federally licensed national lottery in the UAE with The Game LLC in collaboration with General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA).
However, there was no winner in the AED100M ($27.2M) jackpot or the AED1M ($272,000) second prize category.
The player picks six numbers from the “Days” column (from 1 to 31) and another number from the “Months” column (from 1 to two). There are different categories of numbers which have to be matched in order to win a prize with the grand jackpot demanding a match on all the seven numbers.
The ratio of the chances of getting the jackpot is 1 to 8, 835,372, however, the other prizes are easier to get.
