As per the directives of Crown Prince of Dubai, Vice President of the UAE, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has announced Golden Visas for exceptional teachers provided in the private schools of Dubai. This, announced on the World Teachers’ Day, is aimed at highlighting the importance of educators for building the future generations and the development of the emirate.

The award of this honor concurs with Dubai’s Education 33 strategy of getting and developing the very best talent in education. Besides, acknowledging the hardworking teachers, a plan also helps to propel Dubai to emerge as a world-class education city, improve human capital, and develop the principles of learning for a life-time.

Teachers in early childhood, centre, and school settings, as well as those teaching in tertiary institutions, who have implemented policies that enhanced students’ achievement will be awarded the golden visa. Additional information regarding the criteria for participation and how to apply can be viewed on the KHDA official website.
