The strong performance was driven by a series of high-profile launches, expanding global partnerships and sustained demand for luxury, waterfront and master-planned communities across Dubai and beyond.

One of the standout moments of the year came in November 2025, when DAMAC achieved an unprecedented AED11 billion in sales within just five hours during the launch of DAMAC Islands 2. The result highlighted continued investor appetite for resort-style living and surpassed the developer’s own 2024 benchmark, when the original DAMAC Islands launch generated more than AED10.2 billion in under 24 hours — a feat recognised by Guinness World Records.

Amira Sajwani, Managing Director of DAMAC Properties, described the milestone as the beginning of a new chapter for the company.

“A new era begins for DAMAC in 2026. Our focus is clear: delivering dream homes for families with the highest quality standards. This next chapter will also be defined by landmark new projects and global partnerships,” she said.

Throughout 2025, DAMAC expanded both locally and internationally. Major launches included Riverside Views, which marked the company’s first release of the year and drew international attention with appearances by global celebrities, including Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan. Other key developments included Capri One, DAMAC District, and the master-planned Riverside community.

The developer also unveiled Chelsea Residences by DAMAC, a branded waterfront project created in partnership with Chelsea Football Club. Positioned on some of Dubai’s last prime waterfront land, the development offers 270-degree views of the Arabian Gulf and skyline, combining luxury living with global brand appeal.

Beyond the UAE, DAMAC officially entered the Iraqi market with the launch of DAMAC Hills Baghdad, marking a significant step in its regional expansion strategy.

Founded in 2002 by Hussain Sajwani, DAMAC Properties has delivered more than 50,000 homes to date, with over 54,000 additional units currently under development — reinforcing its long-term commitment to growth, quality and innovation in the real estate sector.
