Former Bollywood actress Rimi Sen, best known for her roles in hit films such as Hungama, Dhoom, and Phir Hera Pheri, has begun a new chapter far from the Hindi film industry. The actress has transitioned into a career in Dubai’s real estate sector, citing the UAE’s welcoming culture and professional property market as key reasons for her move.

In a recent interview with Buildcaps Real Estate LLC, Rimi spoke candidly about her decision to relocate and build a career in Dubai.

“Dubai is very welcoming. Around 95% of the population are expatriates, yet everyone feels at home. The city is designed to make life comfortable and efficient for residents,” she said.

A Structured and Respectful Industry

Rimi highlighted the professionalism of the UAE real estate market, contrasting it with experiences in other countries.

“Here, developers do their work, agencies handle their responsibilities, and everything functions within a proper system,” she explained.

She also noted that real estate agents in Dubai are treated with respect and professionalism.

“Agents are viewed on par with financial consultants, which is very different from the perception in India,” she added.

Addressing Online Speculation

The actress also addressed social media discussions surrounding her appearance. She clarified that she has not undergone surgery.

“I’ve only done fillers, Botox, and PRP treatments. With discipline and proper care, anyone can look good,” she said, responding to public speculation.

Life After Bollywood

Rimi Sen’s last film appearance was in Tigmanshu Dhulia’s Shagird (2011). More than a decade later, she is now focusing on building credibility and success in Dubai’s competitive real estate landscape.
