3. Habtoor Tower

Located in Al Habtoor City beside the Dubai Water Canal, Habtoor Tower is steadily taking shape as a striking new addition to the skyline. Just minutes from Downtown Dubai, the tower will feature premium residential units, with strong buyer demand already evident—two-bedroom apartments are reportedly sold out.
Construction is expected to complete by Q3 2026.
4. Muraba Veil

7. Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences
