For a limited time, the restaurant is stepping away from its usual fine-dining tasting format to launch Moonrise & Friends, a new collaboration series that brings together chefs, brands and concepts from across the city.
The goal is simple: create a more relaxed, community-driven dining experience while still delivering the signature creativity Moonrise is known for.
A burger experience with a fine-dining twist
The first edition of the series features a collaboration with CarniStore, centred entirely around burgers.
But this is far from ordinary fast food. The three-course tasting menu showcases a dry-aged smash burger made from a custom CarniStore blend, featuring carefully selected cuts such as Angus short rib.
The result is a burger designed for maximum flavour, with crispy edges, juicy texture and a rich, savoury profile.
Alongside the burger, diners can expect elevated comfort sides and nostalgic elements, all presented with Moonrise’s signature attention to detail.
A new direction for Moonrise
The concept marks a shift in tone for Moonrise, temporarily moving away from its more intricate and formal tasting menus.
Instead, the space becomes more casual and social — encouraging guests to bring friends, relax and enjoy high-quality food in a laid-back setting.
The collaboration series is also designed to introduce unique concepts that would not typically appear in a traditional fine-dining environment.

The burger tasting menu is available for a limited period, with limited seating and an intimate dining setup.
Guests are encouraged to book in advance, with reservations handled directly through the restaurant.
The experience is priced at Dhs200 per person, with drinks available separately.
