Francis Ngannou now has a luxury address in Dubai. The former UFC heavyweight champion purchased a five-bedroom residence at Armani Beach Residences on Palm Jumeirah for AED 92.5 million — one of the largest branded-residence transactions recorded on the iconic island in 2026. Developer Arada confirmed the sale.
Ngannou said he decided to buy after visiting the project and learning about the vision behind the development. The exclusivity of the residences and the design concept caught his attention during that visit.
Inside Ngannou's Armani Beach Residences Property
The property measures approximately 11,521 square feet and includes a private swimming pool and direct access to the beachfront. Residents also receive access to curated lifestyle facilities and landscaped spaces designed for comfort and privacy.
Ngannou's new home sits within Armani Beach Residences, a branded residential project created by developer Arada in collaboration with the Armani Group and Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio.
The architecture is the work of Tadao Ando — the Pritzker Prize-winning Japanese architect internationally recognised for minimalist design and bold geometric structures. The development features a limited collection of just 57 individually designed residences with spacious interiors and private amenities.
About Armani Beach Residences on Palm Jumeirah
Armani Beach Residences is one of the most anticipated luxury developments currently underway on Palm Jumeirah. The project offers panoramic views across the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai skyline, alongside over 90,000 sq ft of exclusive resident amenities.
Those amenities include wellness spaces, private beach access, landscaped gardens, and curated lifestyle facilities — all associated with the Armani brand's signature approach to design and living.
The project is scheduled for completion in December 2027. Arada introduced the development with a focus on architectural distinction, privacy, and a residential experience that reflects the Armani aesthetic.
Why Palm Jumeirah Remains a Global Luxury Destination
Palm Jumeirah continues to attract entrepreneurs, athletes, celebrities, and international buyers seeking exclusive waterfront homes. The island has become one of Dubai's most recognisable luxury neighbourhoods, with villas, penthouses, and branded residences drawing buyers who want prime real estate in a private beachfront setting.
High-profile purchases by international figures have placed Palm Jumeirah regularly in global property headlines, reinforcing its reputation among luxury real estate buyers worldwide.
Ngannou now joins that group of global personalities who hold property on the iconic island — adding another major headline to Dubai's luxury property sector and underlining the city's continued appeal to sports stars and high-net-worth individuals seeking a prestigious address in the UAE.
