Saudi Arabia’s Royal Decree 1439/M has made several scientists, medical doctors, researchers, innovators, entrepreneurs, and other talented individuals Saudi citizens, SPA said on Friday.
The decree is in consistent with the Kingdom’s vision to obtain unique competencies from superior talents of the world irrespective of their religious, medical, academic, cultural, sports and technological fields.
