The Digital Dubai study has revealed the main areas for cooperation between the stakeholders, which led to the attraction of large funds for the creation of artificial intelligence data centers. The decision making framework is supposed to open more than AED 14. 3 billion worth of added value by 2028, as well as produce numerous employment positions in the digital economy.

From the above case, this initiative is helping Dubai get ready for the emerging Web 3. 0, Metaverse, Smart Cities, and the Internet of Things. The key tasks and strategies that fall under this vision are the enhancement of the high-performance computing services, utilization of renewable energy for advanced data centres, and the reduction of the bureaucracy of the government. All these endeavors are in a bid to consolidate the city’s dominance in artificial intelligence and its attractiveness in the global digital economy.

During the presentation, Hamad Obaid Al Mansoori, Director-General of Digital Dubai, stressed that Dubai offers superior conditions for sustainable data centres’ establishment.
