Emirates is back in the Paris Airshow, its first appearance at the show in more than 15 years, with the 55 th edition of the show taking place at the Le Bourget in France. Emirates, the largest international airline in the world is taking advantage of the platform to showcase the latest addition to its fleet, which is the Airbus A350 that comes with new and improved interiors and new technologically advanced cabin.

The Emirates A350 which is on display has three classes that include their cabin design, 32 lie-flat seats, 21 premium economy seats, 259 economy seats which are spacious. Visitors will have an opportunity to experience upgraded in-flight experience offered by Emirates; big ceilings, expansive aisles, next-generation inflight entertainment systems, advanced cabin lighting, and upgraded Wi-Fi.

Sir Tim Clark, President of Emirates Airline, has announced that the presence in the Paris Airshow signifies commitment to the French aviation industry not only in its operations but also in its long term commitment in investing throughout the aerospace supply chain.

Emirates also has 21 weekly flights to Paris where it also operates three A380 services daily and is the sole international airline that operates the A380 to the Nice Cote d`Azur Airport.

Since its establishment in 1985, Emirates has spent more than 114 billion Euros (130 billion US dollars) acquiring 254 Airbus aircrafts namely A300s, A310s, A330s, A340s, A380s and A350s. The airline has been a very crucial partner in the maintenance of French aircraft manufacturers including Airbus, Safran, Thales and Michelin.

In 2023, Emirates placed more than 1 billion (EUR) worth of contracts with Safran on seats and other parts and invested 322 million (EUR) on the AVANT Up in-flight entertainment system of Thales on its A350s.

Also, Emirates spends more than 189 million euros in France making its operation in the country, spending more than other international companies that choose the country as their operation place. It can also be said that about 8 million tons of wine, which half of the total red wine served on board, have been purchased in France making Emirates the largest wine buyer globally.

It is believed that as of the end of 2025, Emirates A350 will serve the framework of 17 destinations, 7 of which have already been delivered and an additional 58 are underway.
