Dubai Press Club and Dubai Media Academy Explore AI’s Role in Media

The Dubai Press Club joined forces with Dubai Media Academy to organize a training course to analyze how artificial intelligence affects media. The program offered lessons that let attendees explore AI’s benefits and drawbacks for media strategies through active learning to teach experts throughout the region.

Fostering Innovation in Media
Maryam Al Mulla helped Dubai Press Club achieve its goals by training media talent to transform AI difficulties into growth opportunities. She wanted to develop today’s media sector into tomorrow’s technology ecosystem by training media professionals with modern skills.

Muna Bu Samra leads Dubai Media Academy to drive improvements in media practices through teamwork. Through practical training sessions she observed participants use AI to develop media solutions while enhancing content development and distribution systems.

The initiative brought industry experts who delivered interactive learning experiences. One session, ‘From Lab to Newsroom: Through the ‘Success Stories of AI in Media’ session successful AI deployments across industries were presented to the audience by guest speakers from Forbes, CNBC Arabia, and Dubai Media.

Another session, ‘The Turning Point: The session “Addressing AI’s Growing Challenges in Media” discussed ways for media to fight false news, connect different languages and implement ethical AI systems. The speakers from Dell Technologies and Sky News Arabia plus Asharq News shared their professional knowledge during these meetings.

Shaping the Future of Media
Through their joint programme DPC and Dubai Media Academy showed their common motive to enhance media development by using AI technologies. People who joined the program learned methods to handle AI difficulties while developing new ways to use technology which keeps media businesses strong in today’s fast-moving world.
