Dubai Uses AI to Monitor Over 279,000 Real Estate Listings

The Real Estate Advertising Governance Platform of Dubai Land Department (DLD) has tracked above 279,000 property listings via its AI-driven framework which demonstrates the department’s commitment to real estate industry transparency and accountability in the emirate.

The platform went live at GITEX 2024 while attracting attention during Dubai AI Week (April 21–25). It monitors property ads on Property Finder and Dubizzle and Bayut. Machine learning technology managed to update 29% of the listings automatically to guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements while preventing deceptive information.

The Real Estate Regulatory Agency’s (RERA) Director of Real Estate Control Department Ali Abdullah Al Ali stated that these outcome proves the agency’s continuous drive to monitor the real estate market by using advanced technological solutions. Through its functionality the platform boosts market trust levels while cementing Dubai’s position as a leader in real estate advancement.

The initiative functions as a part of DLD’s strategy which includes enhancing market credibility while implementing smart governance tools. In addition to the Trakheesi system, Madmoun operates under Madmoun to issue real estate advertisement permit QR codes for digital service platforms. Visual and written property listings throughout Dubai should present these QR codes as a mandatory requirement for buyers and renters to verify advertisement legitimacy instantly.

Artificial intelligence integration within regulatory systems allows Dubai to enhance monitoring while fighting false information and establishing fair market competition for real estate activities. The emirate uses these moves to support its future ambitions as a digital innovation leader while preserving its position as a premium global property market.

The real estate market of Dubai expands with confidence because AI systems deliver both security and transparency for real estate investors together with builders and users of properties.
