Inaugural Dubai AI & Web3 Festival Kicks Off Tomorrow to Showcase the Future of AI and Digital Economy

But amid all these, the innovative city of Dubai will be launching the first-ever Dubai AI & Web3 Festival on September 11-12, 2024, in the fabulous setting of Madinat Jumeirah. Sponsored by the Dubai AI Campus which is an initiative of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), the event will rally 6000 participants from across the globe with 500 investors, 100 exhibitors to deliberate on how AI and Web3 is changing the world.

This event is in line with His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s vision to make Dubai the leader in digital economy. It also aligns with Dubai’s goal of achieving sustainable development of technology across the sectors, with particular focus on the significance of AI in digitally progressing the UAE’s economy.

Another event will be a series of Future Tech Talks with industrialists, investors, and policymakers addressing topics such as AI and global economy, dynamics of generative AI, and Relevance of AI both in the public & Private sectors. Also, more than 20 unicorn worldwide companies including Builder. ai, Cohesity, and SambaNova Systems will also join together respectively together with at least 20 ministries, government agencies, and venture capital firms.

During the event His Excellency Essa Kazim, Governor of DIFC pointed out that the Dubai is increasingly becoming a technology city and on the same note Arif Amiri, CEO of DIFC Authority noted the significance of the event in promoting the advancement of AI technology.

It will also feature the FutureTech World Cup, AI startup pitches whose winners will be exposed to new markets get to work with experienced mentors and become holders of what is called the Dubai AI License.
