Initially offered to Danube employees, the initiative later expanded to include workers from other companies in the UAE.

According to program outcomes shared, in the first graduating class of 40 students, seven received promotions and salary increases. Over five years, Dr Sana Sajan and her team trained more than 5,000 workers through programs conducted in labour accommodations, including sessions held in JAFZA South.
