Sheikh Hamdan Launches ‘MyDubai Communities’ Digital Platform

The digital platform known as ‘MyDubai Communities’ was established by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum who serves as Crown Prince of Dubai for the purpose of unity among citizens residents and visitors through common interests. The new initiative drew inspiration from the successful #MyDubai campaign by presenting various Dubai community members.

Users gain entry to 100 specific interest groups across sports, arts, culture, wellness and professional networking sections found on the platform. The Dubai Social Agenda 33 and the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 provide the foundation for making Dubai one of the world’s leading three cities regarding quality of life.

The multicultural population of Dubai where people come from more than 200 countries finds its inclusive home at MyDubai Communities thus enabling participants to merge activities and socialize together. The platform launches at a significant time for the UAE because it accompanies the Year of Community 2025 which recognizes the value of social connections and shared societal identity.

Users can access mydubaicommunities.com while the platform exists on Instagram and TikTok through its @mydubaicommunities account to explore sports clubs and reading groups and cultural sessions and networking options. The platform boasts a simple interface which enables users to either access available communities or found new groupings within five minutes.

Sheikh Hamdan declared that city success depends on two factors: proper infrastructure along with strong social connections between community members. Helal Saeed Almarri declared through his role as Director General of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism that this initiative solidifies Dubai’s position as a worldwide center for both residence and business and tourism.
