Tunisian President Kais Saied Welcomes Qatar’s New Ambassador

Tunisia’s President Kais Saied welcomed the credentials of the new, His Excellency Zayed bin Saeed Al Kumait Al Khayarin as the Qatar’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Tunisia. At the end of the ceremony, President Saied received the credentials which formalized the start of promotion as the ambassador of Al Khayarin’s mission.

Speaking at the event, Ambassador Al Khayarin further passed on the greeting of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to President Saied. Beside, His Highness conveyed best wishes of achieving good health and happiness to the President, success, progress and prosperity of the government and the people of Tunisia.

In response, President Saied handed the authority of delivering his best wishes to His Highness the Amir to Ambassador Al Khayarin alone. He also stated that he wished for His Highness’s good health and further prosperity of Qatar and the country’s continuous progress and development.

This exchange showed the diplomatic ties both Tunisia and Qatar share for a long time pointing to the idea of good relationship where both parties seek to improve cooperation.
