DEWA Inaugurates New Digital Customer Centre at Ibn Battuta Mall

The DEWA has recently opened a new centre to make sure customers have a better future perspective or Future Customer Happiness Centre is now located at Persia Court in the Ibn Battuta Mall. The official inauguration of the new building was done with the participation of Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, DEWA’s Managing Director and CEO accompanied by Marwan Bin Haidar, Waleed Bin Salman, Dr. Yousef Al Akraf other DEWA officials.

‘We are set for the progressive vision of the wise leadership to transform Dubai Government into a completely smart model and to strengthen Dubai’s identity as the world’s leading digital city and a global digital economy platform,’ Al Tayer said. He focused on DEWA’s approach to adopting innovation when creating upgrades to IT and developing infrastructure for sustainably.

AD Digital Centre: The centre has availed several other digital solutions using artificial intelligence and the ability to transact using video chats through Rammas which is DEWA’s virtual employee. These include; bill payments, DEWA’s smart app, and a chat interface for feedback raising and inquiries.

In H1 2024, 99. 21% of the customers use DEWA services The Instant Happiness Index is 98. 3% and the Customer Happiness according to the Dubai Government Excellence Program is 96. 7%. The centre is to improve customer satisfaction with the focus on digital business and IT transformation in Dubai; at the same time, it is designed for persons with determination.
