The Dubai International Arbitration Centre implemented new arbitration standards in 2022 alongside organizational improvements of its arbitration court and expanded its directorship to increase both efficiency and impartiality.
About the GAR 100 Report
Analysts use the GAR 100 Data Report as a standard reference for international arbitration to study 11,200 recorded cases from 2015 to 2023.
