Manchester City Yas Residences by Manchester City Football Club has officially been unveiled in Abu Dhabi, marking the club’s first global residential development. The AED15 billion ($4.08 billion) project, developed by Ohana Development, will rise along Yas Canal and introduce a sports-inspired waterfront community spanning 1.67 million square metres.
The large-scale mixed-use masterplan was launched at Etihad Park in the presence of senior executives, including Ferran Soriano, CEO of City Football Group.
