It is now preparing for the next large scale luxury residential project through the announcement of the Dhs850 million Bvlgari Lighthouse Tower. Located on Jumeira Bay Island, this new 27 floor building will provide a magnificent sea view on the Arabian Gulf and reflects the elegant style of the Italian jeweller Bvlgari. Work on the site is expected to start soon and the complex should be ready for operation by second half of 2027.
Fostered by architect Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel the tower will boast spacious and luxurious apartments among which there are four and five apartments penthouses and the unique eight-room Sky Villa. It will be having private rooftop gardens, swimming pool & outdoor living spaces on top three floors and will be naming it Sky Villa.
This project will go well with the Bvlgari Resort Dubai, which comprises the Bvlgari Marina and Yacht Club, only beaches, restaurants and some quiet, beautiful streets. Developed by Dutco Construction Co LLC for the Meraas group, the project represents a new significant step on the path of the emirate’s luxury property market.
In his interview, Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate said that the Bvlgari Lighthouse is set to revolutionize the concept of luxury beachfront living and will strengthen Dubai’s reputation as a home to some of the finest quality properties.
