Dubai's luxury property market is set for another landmark moment with the Bvlgari Lighthouse Tower — a Dhs850 million, 27-storey residential project announced by Meraas on Jumeira Bay Island. Overlooking the Arabian Gulf, the tower draws on the signature elegance of Italian jeweller Bvlgari and is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2027.
A Landmark Tower on Jumeira Bay Island
Located on the iconic seahorse-shaped Jumeira Bay Island, the Bvlgari Lighthouse Tower rises 27 floors above the Arabian Gulf. Designed by the acclaimed architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the building will offer spacious four and five-bedroom penthouses alongside a singular eight-bedroom Sky Villa occupying its top three floors.
The Sky Villa is the centrepiece of the development. It features private rooftop gardens, a swimming pool, and expansive outdoor living spaces spread across three levels — a residence unlike anything else currently on the Dubai market.
Part of the Bvlgari Resort Dubai Ecosystem
The tower is positioned to complement the existing Bvlgari Resort Dubai, which also encompasses the Bvlgari Marina and Yacht Club, private beaches, restaurants, and landscaped promenades. The Bvlgari Lighthouse represents the third collaboration between Bvlgari and Meraas on Jumeira Bay Island, deepening one of Dubai's most prestigious hospitality and real estate partnerships.
Construction has been awarded to Dutco Construction Co LLC, with marine works on the island already complete. Work on the tower itself is expected to commence shortly.
Dubai Holding Real Estate on the Project
Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, described the milestone in clear terms: the Bvlgari Lighthouse is set to revolutionise the concept of luxury beachfront living and will further strengthen Dubai's reputation as home to some of the finest quality residential properties in the world.
The awarding of the Dhs850 million contract to Dutco marks a significant step for the emirate's ultra-luxury property segment, following continued demand from high-net-worth buyers seeking branded residences in iconic locations.
Completion Expected H2 2027
With construction now formally contracted and site preparation underway, the Bvlgari Lighthouse Tower is targeting a completion date in the second half of 2027. For buyers seeking a Jumeira Bay Island luxury apartment within the Bvlgari ecosystem, the project represents one of the most anticipated launches in Dubai's real estate calendar.
