Eric Trump Praises Dubai as a “Developer’s Paradise” Amid Multi-Million-Dollar Real Estate Projects

Florida-based real estate firm Globe Trade Centers, in which Eric Trump has a stake, is opening two new offices in Dubai, an area his son referred to as `a developer’s dream. Speaking in an interview with Arabian Business, the Republican nominee for US president noted that Dubai is the type of place that makes it possible for developers to build memorable buildings, which makes it the perfect location for high risk real estate projects.

In the lifetime of this grand city, this is the time for developers ‘build something incredible’ and this is the location to do it, according to Eric Trump. His comments were made following the launch of the new Trump Tower in Dubai that is being undertaken with Dar Global. This new construction will also include a super high-end club named The Trump Private, hotel, and, of course, luxurious living spaces — once again putting another monstrosity to the skyline of Dubai.

Indeed the Trump organisation has had successful ventures in Dubai before but this current project demonstrates further expansion towards the Arabian Gulf. In addition to the Trump Tower, two other ventures have been announced in the region: an equivalent Oriental styled $500 million facility for a golf resort in Oman and another tall tower in Dubai. These projects demonstrate how the Trump brand is establishing itself into the Middle Eastern regions.

Eric Trump also had good things to say about Dubai and Oman which he termed as the “jewels of Middle East”. He said, “They’ve just done a hell of a good job with infrastructure and security. Surprisingly, albeit expectedly, there is no theme of perversion or evil in Dubai hence my summary of Dubai as a haven of safety, hygiene, free enterprise, and commerce.

He also said Dubai can be compared to New York, Las Vegas, or even Monaca where it is possible to find a place for everyone starting from a tourist to a representative of the Fortune 500 company.
