Eric Trump has called Dubai a developer's paradise, declaring it one of the best places in the world to build iconic real estate — as the Trump Organization moves forward with a landmark new tower and several major Gulf projects.
Eric Trump: Dubai is Every Developer's Playground
Speaking in an interview with Arabian Business, Eric Trump said Dubai gives developers the freedom to build something truly memorable. The Florida-based real estate firm Globe Trade Centers, in which Eric Trump holds a stake, is opening two new offices in Dubai to support its growing regional presence.
"This is the time to build something incredible, and this is the place to do it," Trump said, describing Dubai as a city that enables developers to construct remarkable buildings — a rare quality he does not find in most Western markets.
Trump Tower Dubai: The New Project with Dar Global
Trump's comments came on the heels of the formal launch of Trump Tower Dubai, a new development undertaken in partnership with Dar Global. The project will include luxury residential units, a five-star hotel, and The Trump Private — an exclusive, super high-end members-only club that will add another landmark to Dubai's skyline.
This marks at least the third collaboration between the Trump Organization and Dar Global, following earlier projects in Oman and Jeddah.
$500 Million Golf Resort in Oman and Beyond
Beyond Dubai, the Trump Organization has announced a $500 million golf resort in Oman, styled along Oriental design lines. A second major tower in Dubai has also been announced, signaling a sustained push into the Gulf region by the Trump brand.
These projects collectively underscore how the Trump Organization is embedding itself into Middle Eastern luxury real estate at scale.
Dubai and Oman: The Jewels of the Middle East
Eric Trump reserved special praise for both Dubai and Oman, calling them the jewels of the Middle East. "They've just done a hell of a good job with infrastructure and security," he said, describing Dubai as a haven of safety, cleanliness, free enterprise, and commerce.
He also drew comparisons between Dubai and some of the world's most iconic destinations: "Dubai is like New York, Las Vegas, or Monaco — there is a place here for everyone, from tourists to Fortune 500 executives."
